  Pediatric offices are pretty much always a nightmare, however, since switching from the Thomasville location, I have been pleased. Brandon Rorie is excellent! No, the front desk staff isn't the friendliest, but I try to ignore it for the most part, PLUS they are still better than the Thomasville office.

  I went here as a child and never had a problem... until I had my son! The people at the front desk, specifically the ones who answer the phones are very rude! They just hang up I will be taking him somewhere else! It's just common curtisy to be a nice person espically if you are answering a phone have a good attitude it's your job!

  The Trindale office is where we go. We have had nothing but pleasant and professional service there. Dr. Riggins has been amazing to work with for my son's issues. Other doctors have shown really good interactions with my son as well and help make the visit not so scary for a child.

  I have been taking my children to these doctors since they were born. That has been 14 years. I have never had a long standing balance. At most $40 for a month, one time. My son was supposed to go for a med check appointment today and I did not have cash due to getting laid off of my job. They will not let him go unless I can pay it in full today. They will not bill, even after 14 years of having no problems getting paid.
